2. Products and Fulfillment

• Most products available for purchase are made to order through print-on-demand providers. Fulfillment, shipping, and delivery times may vary based on the provider.

• The return policies for print-on-demand items are determined by the print provider. Please refer to the specific print provider’s return policy for details.

• Items directly created and sold by Nic Baker Designs (not fulfilled through print-on-demand) will have separate terms outlined at the time of purchase.

3. Custom Design Services

• Nic Baker Designs offers custom design services upon request. The scope, pricing, and timeline for custom projects will be determined on a case-by-case basis.

• All custom work requires clear communication between both parties. Once the final design is approved by the client, no further changes or refunds will be permitted.

4. Limited Edition Drops

• Occasionally, Nic Baker Designs will release limited-edition products. These items are produced in limited quantities and may not be restocked.

• All sales of limited-edition items are final unless a defect is identified.

5. Intellectual Property and Authorized Conten

All original designs and artwork featured on Nic Baker Designs are the intellectual property of Nic Baker. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any design without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Certain images, logos, photographs, graphics, trademarks, school names, mascots, and other materials displayed on our website or incorporated into our products may not have been originally created by or be owned by our business.

Where applicable, the use of such materials has been authorized, approved, licensed, or otherwise permitted through communication with authorized representatives or public relations officers of the applicable school or school system, or pursuant to a preferred vendor agreement, vendor contract, licensing arrangement, or other authorization.
